Where a signed engagement exists, the following applies unless the agreement states otherwise:

• Payment milestones are defined in the proposal and are due on the dates stated.
• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client on full payment.
• Revisions beyond the agreed rounds are quoted separately.
• Third-party licences, hosting and domain fees are the client's responsibility unless included in writing.
