You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
- Interfere with the availability or performance of the site.

Intellectual property
All original content on this site — copy, layout, design system, imagery and code — belongs to Posinova Digital Agency unless otherwise credited. Client project names, logos and screenshots shown in the portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and appear here as work references.
Enquiries and proposals
Content on this site is presented for information. Nothing here constitutes a binding offer. Scope, timelines, fees and deliverables are agreed in a written proposal before work begins.
Project terms
Where a signed engagement exists, the following applies unless the agreement states otherwise:
- Payment milestones are defined in the proposal and are due on the dates stated.
- Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client on full payment.
- Revisions beyond the agreed rounds are quoted separately.
- Third-party licences, hosting and domain fees are the client's responsibility unless included in writing.
Third-party links
The site links to external websites and embedded media we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Posinova Digital Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
